Scope
Each purchase includes only the deliverables stated on its package page. Work begins after payment and receipt of a complete questionnaire.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying accurate property information, permissions for supplied imagery and timely feedback. The client approves factual claims, pricing, policies and final use.
Revisions and delivery
Packages include the stated refinement round. A delivery estimate begins once all required information is received. Material scope changes may require a separate quote.
Publishing and implementation
Unless expressly stated, the client or their appointed team publishes content and loads guest messages into existing platforms. Account access, software installation, paid advertising and community management are not included.
Payments and cancellations
Once-off packages are paid in full at checkout. If you change your mind, contact us promptly. Where work has not started, we may agree to cancel and refund the payment. Where work has started, any agreed refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed and non-recoverable costs.
The Noticeboard renews monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not ordinarily refund work already supplied or underway for the current billing period.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy available will depend on the nature of the problem and may include correction, cancellation, a refund for an unused portion, or compensation as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables may be used by the purchasing property after full payment. Working files, methods and unused concepts remain with A Note from Reception unless agreed otherwise.

We provide content and communication services, not guaranteed rankings, bookings, revenue or platform performance.
